We are excited to introduce you to our spacious, well-appointed 1150 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single story townhome located in the beautiful and exclusive gated Omni Tucson National Resort. We are nicely situated next to the 4th green on the Sonoran Course, a Tom Lehman designed, desert style course.
We purchased the townhome in October of 2018 and completely remodeled the interior. No expense was spared in the remodeling or decoratingโฆyou wonโt be disappointed. The kitchen has new cabinetry, granite countertops, new GE appliances, new kitchenware and all the essentials of home. We installed new light fixtures and ceiling fans in the dining, living area and master as well as new cabinetry, granite, faucets and shower heads in both bathrooms. There is a new 50-inch HD Smart TV cable mounted above the fireplace in the main living area. Wi-Fi is also provided.
The master bedroom has a King size bed with a large walk in closet and the guest bedroom includes a queen size bed.
The 2 car garage is attached and includes a remote control.
A shared (heated) pool and hot tub are just steps from this home.
