The Pines Cottage is a cozy short term seasonal vacation rental. Nestled in a small bay overlooking beautiful Stoney Lake with a sunny southern exposure. Ideal for swimming as it is away from all major boat traffic. With it’s own private dock you can bring your own boat or Jet Ski to enjoy to enjoy all that Stoney Lake has to offer. Or you can enjoy a canoe or kayak ride which are supplied with the Cottage. With a southern exposure you will want to relax and enjoy just doing nothing. Four patio chairs and two chaise lounges are on the lower deck which make it great for entertaining.
A few steps up from the lower deck there is an outdoor fire pit with chairs to enjoy during the evenings (wood not supplied).
A few steps more and you are on the large deck that runs across the front of the cottage with a patio table and sling chairs where you can sit back and enjoy an outdoor meal while overlooking the Lake. A large propane BBQ with two tanks are supplied for your culinary skills. At the end of the day you may want to enjoy a hot tub in your own private Rotospa. You will enjoy the view and see stars that you have never seen before.
The cottage has two bedrooms both with queen beds and each come with all the linens, pillows, blankets and comforters. The Master bedroom is supplied with a flat screen TV for your enjoyment.
The living room has a comfortable leather sofa and love seat facing two large picture windows that offer you a great view of the Lake. The entertainment center has a flat screen TV, DVD player and Bell TV satellite system and internet. Relax and enjoy dining in front of a large window overlooking the Lake.
The U shaped kitchen has full stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, crock-pot, blender, water bottle machine with 2 water jugs supplied. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the dishes, glassware, flatware, cooking utensils, pot and pans, baking dishes and kitchen linens. We also supply basic spices, oils, flour, sugar and tea & coffee KCups for the Keurig machine.
The Cottage bathroom is three piece with a bathtub/shower. It comes with all the bath linens, bath, hand towels, face clothes, a hairdryer, first aid kit and basic toiletries (hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo and cream rinse).
A stack-able washer and dryer is included for your convenience during your stay with some Tide Pods and Bounce sheets for your convenience.
The Pines Cottage is a 2 bedroom / maximum 4 person adult Cottage.
There is parking for 4 cars.
The Pines Cottage is a NON SMOKING Cottage for the enjoyment of all ours guests. A fee of $200.00 will be charged for cleaning if smoking has been detected in the Cottage. We appreciate your understanding.
For the comfort of all our guest we are unable to permit pets. If a pets is brought to The Pines there would be $150.00 pet cleaning fee.

To ensure that the Cottage is cleaned and sanitized and ready for our next guests we are unable to extend a late check-out. CHECK IN (4:00PM) CHECK OUT (10:00AM) NOTE: If the Cottage is ready earlier that 4:00PM we will text you or call you to let you know.
