Cozy, nicely appointed downstairs apartment in a free standing home just a few minutes walk from downtown Fairhaven. Consists of a main bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom, as well as a separate comfy lounge/dinging area. Wi-fi and wide screen TV also included so you can get some work in or put your feet up and relax.
Access to the apartment is through the carport where you will be able to park 1 vehicle and also find the Tesla charger.
There is no kitchen in the apartment however with so many restaurants and bars just minutes away you will be in for a treat. Basic kitchen/tea facilities are provided while Woods coffee in Boulevard Park is also moments away. There is also no dryer or washing machine.
