Positive: Everything was amazing, except our last night. According to hotel staff someone set of the fire alarm. We were put on the 8th floor. My mother has bad knees and uses a walker. I noticed nobody was reacting to the alarm except for me and my group that booked other rooms. We saw firemen so we thought it was Legit. We literally had to carry my mom on our backs to get down stairs, only to be told it was a false alarm. I could not walk with how wobbly by legs were. My daughter and sister had to clime back up to the 8th floor to carry all the luggage down. We did not get a good rest being that we made it in the hotel at about 3am. The alarm went off at about 7am. The elevators were out of commission until someone other than the firefighters could kick them back on. It was a mess.
Negative: Everything was wonderful, the food the staff . I would stay again but it would have to be closer to the 1st floor. They promised to give me 5000 points for the inconvenience but haven’t received anything yet.
Summary: The fire alarm at 7am got this hotel a 5 but it would of been a 10+
