Summary: Hotel room was heavily worn and not updated. Carpet not clean/lots of stains.Paint chipping in bathroom. Tub/shower drain not draining well. Toilet paper holder broken. I have stayed at this hotel for years and was disappointed to see it’s not being kept up . Last day there , there was no housekeeping service on my room!! I had been gone all day and sleeping sign was not on my door. I feel I should be reimbursed for last night I stayed at your hotel.
