The appliances present include an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and food disposal. There is a beautiful 3 piece dining set that fits up to 6 people.

The bathroom is always stocked with 5 bath and 5 hand towels. Aside from the vanity there is a spacious bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.
- Living Room
The living room includes a very comfortable sleeper sofa that transforms into a queen bed to accommodate up to two extra guests. There is also a comfy recliner next to a vintage record player, a beautiful coffee table that split opens to reveal extra sheets and comforters. The room includes a new 55"screen TV with voice enabled Amazon TV stick.
