Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The property is beautiful and has a great view. Walk out to the pool, large glass windows. Very spacious, comfy beds, ceiling fans and great AC. Kitchen was stocked with equipment and dished.
Negative: The site location and directions did not take us to the gate for our unit. We ended up having to use WhatsApp to call the rental company to get to the location. While the unit was in the Flamingo Marina Resort, the gate entrance had another name on the property. But we eventually found it! I thought this was beach front and it was, but it was a steep walk down stairs to actually get to the beach. Also, not the owners fault, but they were doing construction in the unit right next to ours and it was construction noises all day. So not very relaxing for the few hours we had to chill in the mornings. We also had two visits by live crabs (at 3 in the morning each night) and we never figured out how they got in because we did not leave any doors or windows open. There were small ants in the kitchen that the prop mgr said they would take care of.
Summary: Beautiful! Beach front, but steep stairs to get to the beach.
