Positive: peaceful, great view, comfortable room, and accommodating staff

Negative: The seafood ingredients are somewhat fresh. BUT the cooking is not acceptable per Vietnamese standard. It is overly sweet that it is such a waste on the fresh ingredients. Moreover, the menu & food offering need serious remaking. A lot of reviewers/guests like the food because they don't really know how Vietnamese food should taste ... (cooking caters to foreign tourists)
