Summary: We had to move rooms after only being there a few hours because the toilet broke and they had no maintenance on site to fix it, then the room we are moved to had a broken microwave plate. While most of the hotel staff was nice and friendly, some were way better than others. We also had to ask for room service because by 2:30 PM we still had not been given any. Layout of the rooms was also very odd and the bathroom door was next to the entry way of the room so you could not have the bathroom door open if entering the room. Also we had ongoing issues with people across the hall smoking weed and the smell constantly coming into our room as a result which we notified the desk twice of this and it continued to happen. We had an infant and an asthmatic adult in our room, not to mention none of us wanted to have to breath that in!!!
