Entire Condo
Beautifully decorated 4 story condo in downtown Pismo Beach just 2 blocks away from the beach! This lovely condo is 2 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms with an attached 2 car garage. Main floor (2nd level) is where the living room area and kitchen are located. Reclining sofa & love seat, 50 inch TV, 3/4 bathroom, dining room which seats 6 and a bar area with 4 bar stools. Kitchen has stainless steal appliances & big pantry w/ storage space. The third floor is where you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed along with tri fold twin sleepers, 32 inch TV, and large bathroom . Guestroom has a queen size bed & tri fold sleeper, full hall bathroom and laundry room that leads to rooftop deck. Roof top deck!!! Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views (ocean, city and mountain) & breath the fresh ocean air!! After a full day at the beach relax and keep warm next to the fire pit & watch the sunset over Pismo. Plenty of space and seating with 8 chairs plus a large picnic table. Has a wet bar, gas grill & large cooler. There is a security camera on the rooftop for your protection; please know, that this is not being monitored while guests are using the rooftop, it is for security only. This property is just steps to the beach and restaurants. Sleeps 7 people with 3 tri fold twin mattresses, NO PETS/NO PARTIES/NO EVENTS
NOTE: This is a 4 story home with many stairs..... Premium Outlet Mall & California Fresh Market are only 1/2 mile away.
