Positive: The location was fantastic! The hosts responded to messages quickly.
Negative: Everything was run down. The Internet was down the entire time. Chairs were falling apart, and the table had something on it that no matter how much you washed it would make anything warm stick to it. Despite informing the hosts about the Internet and other problems no one came to fix anything.
Summary: Keep expectations as low as the price and you will love it.
