Antes de tu llegada te solicitaremos una foto del pasaporte o identificación de cada uno de los huéspedes que se hospedarán y firmar el reglamento del condominio para tener una buena convivencia con los vecinos.
El estacionamiento es sujeto a disponibilidad, se permite 1 carro por reserva.
Tu estancia incluye una limpieza antes de tu llegada y otra al final de tu estancia. Si necesitas una limpieza adicional durante tu estadía, estaremos encantados de coordinarla por un costo extra. Solo necesitamos que nos avises con anticipación para poder programarla.
Te pedimos seguir las reglas para una mejor convivencia con los vecinos y todo el entorno:
- La reserva es únicamente para los huéspedes registrados, no se permiten visitas o huéspedes extra, ni mascotas.
- Por favor no fumes dentro de la propiedad ni consumas sustancias ilegales.
- El uso de bocinas es únicamente dentro de la propiedad, durante el día, a un volumen moderado y con puertas y ventanas cerradas.
- Por favor no uses las toallas para limpiarte el maquillaje o el bronceador.
- Los WC de la zona no soportan papeles dentro de la taza y también para cuidar el medio ambiente te pedimos no los arrojes ni cualquier otro objeto porque se puede tapar y contaminar mucho.
- No tenemos permitido colgar toallas o ropa en balcones o ventanas a la vista de los vecinos.
- Te pedimos no dejar basura en áreas comunes o fuera del departamento, si no sabes dónde tirar la basura por favor pregúntanos.
- Respeta los límites de velocidad para llegar a la propiedad.
- El traje de baño es obligatorio para el uso de la piscina. El horario es de 8 am a 8 pm.
- No tenemos permitido llevar al area de la piscina, alimentos, recipientes o vasos de cristal, cigarros y globos.
⚠️ IMPORTANTE:
- Reposición por pérdida de llave, tarjetas, brazaletes, tarjetones de estacionamiento o toalla tiene un costo de $20 US cada uno.
- Por cada regla que no se cumpla, el condominio o el comité de vecinos pueden llegar a cobrar hasta $200 usd de penalización o sacar o hablar a la policía para un desaolojo por mal comportamiento.
- Reservas de 7 noches o más incluyen únicamente 20kw de electricidad por noche. Un consumo excesivo tendrá un costo de $5 pesos por kw extra. Con un uso responsable no deben de excederlo.
