7. Surveillance cameras monitor the outside of the property. Located at the driveway, backyard, front door, and the east side looking at the well house. No audio recording.
8. Rentals of 30 days or more require a $1000 refundable security deposit and extra cleaning fee (please inquire). Deposit is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, subject to adherence to house rules.
