Summary: First night, 1 of our 3 rooms tv’s didn’t work. Next day, 1 room wasn’t cleaned at all and the floors were disgusting. You could see dirt all over them and the kids feet were black walking from the bathroom to the bed. I asked for the room to be cleaned snd was told cleaning was gone for the day at around 2pm a it world have to wait until the next day. Another room, the beds were made but they didn’t take out the trash. The toilets barely flushed taking multiple flushes. We also barely got to use the pool because the first 2 days the pool was closed for painting. Why wouldn’t you take care of that before opening the pool for the season! I wish I could get a discount because this was a very disappointing stay all together. The only positive was that the staff were very friendly.
