Summary: When I filed out the online form I requested 2nd floor and 2 extra towels and that my rewards number was missing. When I got there she couldn't see my check in comments and reward number. She only had one extra towel. I use the extra towels to stop the smoke from people smoking outside the room because I'm very allergic to it and people are very rude to smoke. Also no extra light bulb and facial tissues The towel and bed sheets should be washed in fabric softener
