Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: 1) cleanliness - the house is so clean and well maintained 2) facilities - basic equipment and furniture for a house is provided. Wifi is fast. With Entertainment provided eg: Netflix, YouTube. 3) resident facilities - the swimming pool and gym are in good condition . There is a convenient store and laundry is also available. 4) plenty of eateries and joints nearby.
Negative: 1) The main door locking system. It's not practical to use a passcode if the system is just on a par level. The touch system sometimes does not react as per action. It would be better if it's replaced by an access card system. Or just go back the conventional way which uses the normal keys. Imagine you in a rush,be it an emergency or safety. The passcode is insensitive. And the waiting time is 5 minutes for you to re-enter the passcode. Anything could happen within the stipulated time. I believe 5mins is too long. And the passcode is 7 digits with a symbol. Which I think is too much for a place supposed to be a friendly user. 2) The location is a bit far from town . Which estimate 10.3km from Johor Bharu. 3) RFID CARD sometimes is not working to open the gate bar. Fortunately the guard house is nearby.
