Positive: The place is definitely a nice one. Buildings, rooms are all new and clean. The owner puts a lot of attention so that it's all on a very high standard. When there were a lot of small kids playing, the owner came and gave us some bicycles and toys for them to play. That was very kind.
Negative: There was no information on the offer that jacuzzi and saunas are paid extra. 20PLN per 30min of each. It's not super expensive however it should be stated in the offer rather than just putting info that the facilities are available. The whole area has CCTV (proper information is displayed about this) which gives you a feeling of security, however the owner is using the cameras to peek at what the guests are doing on the outside area. There was a situation where kids were playing football of kicking the ball against the side of the jacuzzi. I understand that it was something that the owner would not accept. What has happened is that the owner used a speaker mounted next to the CCTV camera to shout out the request to stop hitting the jacuzzi. Well, this has proven that he is using the CCTV not only for post proving but is actually looking what people are doing. Few people said that in that case they would not use the jacuzzi or sauna because they had this feeling that someone is constantly watching them.
Summary: It's a very nice place to stay but I think the owner should step back a bit.
