Incredible BEACHFRONT Location!
Crystal Sands Villa on Sapodilla Bay Beach is unbelievable! The Villa's setting is amazing!!! This southernmost beach on Providenciales is a cove protected from the wind by the surrounding points. It offers shelter for sailboats, many of which moor just off the shore, creating the most picturesque view imaginable. The water is crystal clear. Its aqua tones bounce off the summer clouds and continually display an aura of colors. The beachโ€™s crystal sands sparkle in tranquility! Sunsets are indescribable. Bring your camera. You will want to capture your friends and family in this magnificent setting!
MULIT-FAMILY FUN: The villa is perfect for large families who want to vacation together, but who desire a bit of personal space, as well. It is also perfect for friends who love to travel together, yet have their own space. When you rent our villa, your travel group will be the only tenants on the property.

BEDROOMS: Crystal Sands Villa is one 4 bedroom, 4 bath villa which has two independent 2 bedroom suites. Each of the four bedrooms has a direct view of the beach! The rooms are large, open and airy. In the Beach Level Suite, a third room has two additional twin beds in a bunk bed! In the Penthouse suite, the Owners can obtain a rollaway bed for a child if requested in advance. Sleeps 10 in bedrooms. Recommend 8 adults max and up to 4 small children, if two are infants who sleep in a Pack and Play.
SURROUNDING AREA: Just a short walk to the east, on Sapodilla Hill, is the famous site at which shipwrecked sailors carved their names in stones. These stones still survive. The site is such a national treasure that replicas of some of the carvings have been made and put on display at the airport! Make it a point to include this walk while you are here. We are also very close to Chalk Sound National Park.
RESIDENTIAL: Crystal Sands Villa is located in an exclusive residential area of Providenciales. We have a lovely restaurant, Las Brisas, within walking distance. Other shops, restaurants, activities, sites and facilities are within an easy drive within a 10 square mile area. Renting a car is recommended.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Custom Check-in (3-4 pm, typically). Every effort is made to offer early check-ins. However, completion of housekeeping depends greatly upon the condition in which the group departing on the same day leaves the villa. Our guests are typically quite respectful and they do leave things as they have found them. 9:30 am Check-out
CHANGEOVER: Saturday only. Our villa typically rents for seven night periods, beginning on Saturdays. We are flexible with last minute availability. Please contact us directly.
AIR CONDITIONING OPTIONAL: Although tropical breezes keep the villa pleasant, optional air conditioning is available at extra charge based on metered usage and a predetermined fixed rate. Included in our rate is a $200 allowance which should cover conservative nighttime usage.
PAYMENTS: Please note that we respond to our inquiries personally with our own email address, not with a rental company address. We use the Homeaway/VRBO online secure payment system. Contact us if you have any concerns about the authenticity of the response.
NON-SMOKING: Crystal Sands Villa is Non-Smoking.
CANCELLATION - PARTIALLY REFUNDABLE: There will be no refunds for cancellations within 90 days of Guestโ€™s arrival for most reservations. There will be no refunds within 180 days of arrival for Christmas or New Yearโ€™s reservations or for reservations of greater than two weeks or for reservations noted by the Owner. If you cancel prior to the No Refund period, you will receive a refund of funds paid less a Cancellation fee.
We STRONGLY recommend โ€œCancel for Any Reasonโ€ insurance available from large, reputable insurance companies for anyone who has any reason to believe he may cancel at any time. Travelers can obtain such insurance; Owners cannot. Please protect your investment and purchase insurance.

Summary: The property was beautiful just in an unfortunate location. Plenty of space for all 10 of us to spend time together or alone. We had kids ages 13,14,16, &17, two senior citizens, and 4 40-somethings. The kids liked the bunk beds and a room to themselves. The beach was stunning and completely as described minus the copious amounts of trash left behind by fellow beach goers every single day. The conchy conchy bar people were rude and played loud,inappropriate rap music until all hours of the night almost every night. We never approached them about it for fear of retaliation. We also had to fight to keep people off of our beach chairs and area every day. Yes, the beach is public but we paid to use the area and chairs provided.The villa is zero frills. Basic utensils and kitchen supplies. We used a scissor to cut a pizza the night we came in because it was late. The upstairs dishwasher only worked in a rinse cycle. The sheets and towels were clean and comfortable.There wasnโ€™t a real bug problem. No difference from other places weโ€™ve been. The rats however were all over the place. Not indoors that we ever saw but all over the โ€œbackyardโ€ area. We enjoyed our week but there were some serious stressors that shouldnโ€™t happen for the amount of money paid. If we ever visit Turks again it would definitely be in a different location.
