Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location was good and parking while very short entry clearance was good as it was underground and out of the elements. If i had a roof rack on my SUV it would not have made the entrance and there did not seem to be any alternative parking. I also I went to the manager’s office twice. No answer at 2:00pm on Monday. Never tried again.
Negative: Heaters did not work well and the upstairs didn't at all. No TV and no Internet the entire time we were there and your “Too bad for you if it does not work” was bogus and completely out of line. Will not return to the property for that reason alone. We are not responsible as Mammoth can experience overloads. The town was half empty mid week so no way was it overloaded. It simple did not work and we followed the instructions to the T. I do not think you want me to review it.
Summary: It was a nice unit and a good location but some things did not work as stated and that is not ok.
