Summary: No housekeeping service and if you need towels you need to bring your dirty towels to the front desk and they’ll count them and give you replacements, like they’re expensive heirlooms. Also, don’t bother trying to get maintenance, they’ll tell you they’ve contacted them but they don’t. This we were told specifically by an employee after we reported an issue.
