Summary: Incredibly impressed with this hotel! Every area we entered was incredibly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in (in the running with Westin’s heavenly bed). Most impressive was the staff! The woman who manages continental breakfast area goes above and beyond (constantly checking and restocking everything) and is so welcoming! One evening when we returned my husband had asked a woman working at the front desk what time the coffee would be available in the lobby, since he needed to get up early. She said it’s available 24/7 but then asked what time he would be up so she could make sure there was a fresh pot for him! When I checked out, I told the gal at the front desk (Caydance) how much I loved the bed. She explained that they get a lot of similar feedback so had assembled information on the various products for any guests who want it. She offered to send it to my email and she absolutely followed through! I don’t believe I’ve ever been as impressed as I am with the staff at this hotel.
