There is NO SMOKING. If you do smoke we ask that you do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts or paraphernalia in a cup, so they do not litter the property.
● Starter Pack of Disposables Provided:
-A starter pack of disposables is provided to our guests. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, coffee pods, and more. If you are staying for a longer period, there are several local options to purchase more, including convenient delivery options via Instacart and Amazon Whole Foods delivery.
● We provide plenty of bathing towels and separate beach/pool towels for the number of guests listed on the reservation. These are for use during your stay. Bathing towels should NOT be used for Pool/Beach. Please ensure that they are not lost or we will ask that they be replaced. There are also plenty of lounges and seating areas around the pool.
●Pets may be allowed on case by case basis. Please message host for approval.
● We do our best to ensure beach chairs & floats are on property for use although we can not guarantee it. We do have an electronic pool float pump for use to easily blow up floats. There is also a grocery store Publix, CVS & Dollar Tree located 2 minutes from the home to purchase anything needed.
●If you would like cleaning service during your stay we do offer it. There is an additional charge for this. If you are staying more than 14 days an additional cleaning fee will be applied unless you have the home cleaned during your stay.
