Positive: We loved the location. You drive a busy Warsaw highway, then you make a turn to small street, drive 1 more minute and suddenly you are in the quiet private yard, surrounded by pine trees and the forest. The studio itself is spacious, nicely furnished, with plenty of space, and very nice relaxing view through the large window. We stayed in October, the heating was already on, so it was comfortable and warm inside.
Negative: As I have seen in other reviews, the tap water has a strange smell, I guess because it is coming from the well and contains some local minerals (we have the same issue in some regions of Lithuania too). Being already aware of that, we brought our own bottled water (the host also provided some bottles in the room). Next to our living studio there was another dark room of similar size, where the fridge and microwave were located. It was also a warehouse containing some household items of the owners. You lock the door to it, if you have phobia for dark rooms :) I am mentioning this storage room so that you would be aware it exists and wouldn't be surprised (of course it has light in it which can be turned on :) )
Summary: Loved being in big city (Warsaw), but feeling like at cozy home in the forest.
