The Space:
Step inside and enjoy the spaciousness of the high ceilings and large windows that welcome natural light. There is a Ring doorbell camera at the entrance of the home for your safety and a camera on the driveway side of the home behind the gate. The open-concept family room is designed for winding down with enough room for everyone with a comfortable sofa, a 43” Smart Roku TV, and a coffee table.
Just around the corner, you'll see a large kitchen that has all of the upgraded appliances and countertop space necessary to serve dinner, which can be enjoyed at the dining room table lit by a trendy chandelier. To the left of the front door, there is a cozy room set up for reading without risking a sunburn. Similarly, before opening the french doors to the patio, another bonus room enriched by sunlight offers office space for remote working with a desk, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. A laptop can easily be hooked up.
The living room has more seating for five, a rattan coffee table, and a stunning beaded chandelier. The Master bedroom has a King bed, a dresser, and two nightstands. Because a good shower is just as important as a good night's sleep, the first bathroom has premium natural stone shower flooring. The second bathroom, shared between the two other bedrooms, has a bathtub and contemporary granite countertops. The second bedroom has two twin beds, dressed in matching bedding sets, and enough space to share without being crowded. The third bedroom has a Queen mattress situated in a unique metal bed frame. Each bedroom has at least one window to open up the space and make you feel right at home. If you're an outdoor enthusiast, this patio will be your favorite spot.
A patio table with seating for six is covered by a cabana-style roof overlooking the private and inviting heated saltwater pool (heating comes at an additional daily charge of $30 per day, please ask management. Pool heating must be confirmed and paid 48 hours prior to arrival in order to have pool heating). Chill out and watch T.V. on the newly installed 55” Roku T.V. Or use the grill to make dinner for the group! It's all yours! Behind the pool is a canal and dock that lifts 11,000 lbs to leave your boat (comes at an additional daily charge, please ask management). But look closely…because sometimes you'll spot dolphins! If a trip on the water is part of your vacation's itinerary, take your boat from the backyard dock and head a short distance over to Tampa Bay. Enjoy four beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach. Also, if your group includes children, we have a pack-and-a-play and a highchair for the little ones. There is a second driveway for trailer storage.
The neighborhood:
Bay Crest Park, Tampa is a safe, peaceful residential neighborhood known for its diverse blend of young families and retirees. The community has its own private boat launch and excellent golf courses are nearby. The International Mall, known for upscale dining and shopping, is a short drive away from the home. Overall, you really get the best of both worlds with this home: on the water and conveniently located from just about everything. Target, Publix, Whole Foods, and other must-haves are a short distance away. The airport is only three miles away, but noise is not an issue, as take-off/landing paths do not go over the house. The powdery white sand of Ben T Davis Beach is waiting for you only five miles away! Some would say it's the best beach Tampa has to offer, considering it's one of the five bays that make up Tampa Bay. The Raymond James Stadium, home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Bulls, is in the area during spring training. Also nearby is Amalie Arena, where the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team plays. As for the other nearby things to do, the thrill-seekers will love that Busch Gardens is only 25 minutes away! If you're looking to explore the young and vibrant downtown Tampa, a 20-minute drive will land you to cool spots for rooftop bars, fine dining, and all types of cuisines. The historic Latin Quarter, Ybor City, is only a 20-minute drive away and hosts vintage shops, boutiques, and a wide array of Cuban and Latin eateries.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Pool:
If the property has a private pool, please understand that we service all of our pools weekly. Due to our tropical surroundings and lush vegetation, it is not unexpected that debris will all into the pool. Though it may give the appearance otherwise, the pool is still clean.
Our technicians maintain the pools with the correct balance of chemicals on a weekly basis. We are unable to send them out to properties to sweep up daily debris. Pool skimmers are available at each property for guests' convenience.
If your private pool is exceptionally dirty or you find items other than vegetation in it, please contact us and we will remediate the situation.
If you are in a property with a shared pool, such as a condominium, please be advised that most condominium communities have their own pool cleaning schedules that we have no influence over. If you experience a problem other than normal daily debris, please let us know and we will make inquiries on your behalf.
Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items
