This cosy yet stylish farm cottage stands within the owner's 20 acres of ground from which there are wonderful views along the coast to St Ives and St Agnes Beacon. It's unique position offers the best of both worlds; a private and peaceful location, as well as the perfect base for exploring. It lies just a short 5 minute walk from the centre of the popular Cornish village of St Agnes and a one mile walk to nearby Chapel Porth, a fabulous National Trust beach with small cafe. A little further afield Trevaunance Cove is lifeguarded in the summer months and is a dogs haven as they are welcome all year round. Perfectly located for a seaside family holiday, this attractive property has two nicely presented bedrooms, one with a double bed and ensuite shower room, and a twin bedded room (with additional pull out bed for a younger child). In the sitting room, comfy sofas face the woodburning stove to give added cosiness on cooler evenings and off season breaks.
