Nagelneues Studio Appartment in der modernen Hafencity direkt an der Elbe.
Ich habe vor kurzem dieses wunderbare Apartment gekauft und für mich selbst mit viel Liebe und Gefühl eingerichtet.
Die Unterkunft
Die Lage ist absolut genial! Direkt an der Elbe mit einer Straßenbahn vor der Tür. Man quasi alles in Dresden zu Fuss erreichen oder man springt schnell in die Straßenbahn. Im Haus hängen Smart Screens die immer die aktuellen Abfahrt Pläne anzeigen.
Die Hafencity ist ein Neubaukomplex an einem Yachthafen an der Elbe. Das heißt man kann wunderschön an der Elbe lang spazieren, hat dort mehrere Kaffes und sogar Beach Clubs. Wenn man über die erste Brücke geht ist man sofort in der Dresdner Altstadt mit dem berühmten Zwinger, der Frauenkirsche und alle Attraktionen. Auf der Rückseite des Neubakomplexes geht es direkt in die Neustadt - ein buntes Scene Viertel mit jeder Menge kulinarischen Spezialitäten und interessanten Menschen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock und ist komplett mit 3 Fachen Schallfenstern ausgestattet und einem Belüftungssysem. Das heißt man hört absolut nichts und hat aber trotzdem immer eine angenehmen Luftzirkulation. Die Wohnung ist klein aber Fein - und ich habe bei allen Details auf höchste Qualität geeignet.

1. Ein super gemütliches Boxspringbett mit einer der Besten Markenmatratzen die ich finden konnte.
2. Parket Boden mit Fussboden Heizung.
3. Eine Landhaus Küche mit allen was man braucht - Nespresso Kaffe Maschine und jeder Menge Geräte.
4. Ein 4K LG Smart EQ Flachbildschirm - Unglaublich scharfes Bild mit brillanten Farben. Netflix, Amazon Prime usw. ist bereits alles vorinstalliert und man kann es sich abends richtig gemütlich machen.
5. VSL DSL Anschluss - den schnellsten Internet Anschluss den man zur Zeit in Dresden bekommt.
