This large home sleeps 12 people, with beautiful views of Lake George. A two-minute walk from the main street in Bolton, this home is private and right across the street from Veteran's Park Beach.
The beach at Veterans Memorial Park is located on the northern end of Bolton Landing on Lake George. Its beach is long and flat, with plenty of room to spread your towel or build a sandcastle. The roped-in swimming area allows for swimming in both shallow and deep water, and it’s protected by lifeguards throughout the summer. If you’re not much of a swimmer you can just lie in the sand and take in the views of Tongue Mountain. Vets Beach, as the locals call it, has activities to last the entire day. Along with the beach, guests can take advantage of a volleyball court, a basketball court, a playground, charcoal grills, public docks, and a kayak launch.
A beautiful wrap-around porch on the main level frames a large living room, dining room, half bath, and kitchen. Dine inside or al fresco at the outdoor dining table. Get your caffeine fix at the Starbucks Coffee Bar!
The second floor features 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite full bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are outfitted with queen beds, while the fourth bedroom features a king bed with views of the beach and a walk-out balcony! There is another full bathroom on the second floor.
On the third floor, you will find the fifth bedroom and loft area, perfect for the kids! This room has 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed. Outside, has even more to offer. Enjoy the BBQ for all your outdoor cooking needs. Roast smores from the outside Smore's Bar and tell ghost stories around the fire pit. Sit back and relax in the hot tub located on the back deck.
This property also offers dock space at a separate location at Bell Point Shores that accommodates up to a 24-foot boat, if you have a larger boat, please inquire within. Bring your own boat or ask us where to rent one.
