Summary: First off I want to say that the staff was very friendly. They took care off all issues promptly. There were a few unpleasant issues which made our stay feel like we were staying at a low budget, run down motel, but at $225 per night, we expected cleaner and better. When we first arrived we had stains on one of our beds. We called the front desk and they promptly came with new bedsheets. It wasn't a subtle stain. It was very apparent that the person who made the bed wasnt paying attention or didn't care. There were a few smaller issues like the door stopper being broken which didnt bother us that there was a hole in the wall where the door handle hit. No big deal there. The main issue, which is the reason for the review, is the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. It sounded like a rock tumbler. It woke me and my kids up throughout the night. I did turn it off for periods of time, but couldn't leave it off all night due to the outside temperature. The pool and breakfast were nice and the staff was great.
