Summary: Be aware that this hotel is on the border of the Tenderloin District, where there are many homeless people. One night at 3:30am someone parked themselves right underneath our hotel room window (we were on the 3rd floor up from from the sidewalk) and blasted their playlist on their portable speakers for at least an hour. Then there was an argument with a lot of cussing out on the sidewalk. It is walkable to many things. The rooms are outdated. The shower dripped incessantly no matter how tight we turned the knob. It was priced appropriately for what it was - as they say - you get what you pay for.
