Beautiful mahogany French doors link the stunning veranda to the open-concept, fully air-conditioned great room, which features a well-appointed kitchen with counter seating, a charming dining area, and a comfortable living room for indoor entertaining.
The master bedroom, located on the main floor, is elegantly decorated with a unique island stone outdoor garden shower, soaring cypress ceiling, custom mahogany wardrobes, and French doors that open to the veranda and ocean views.
Just steps from the pool deck, the lower level features two identical, thoughtfully appointed bedrooms with private entries, en-suite baths, and AC. Large sliders offer lovely ocean views and lead to a covered deck, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or a good book.

Summary: The property was exactly as advertised. Very nice, well equipped, and very comfortable. The pool area was great with lots of privacy from the neighbors. The power company in St. John’s is experiencing some issues these days so we had several power outages, but the management company, Book VI, was extremely responsive and helpful.
