This is our family home! We wish to rent it to families for 15 days only.
Beautiful villa of 145 m2 with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. A swimming pool 8m / 4m, a petanque and a large plot of 4000 m2.
Almost no vis-ร -vis. It is very quiet, sporty and bright.
The house is facing the garden with a large covered terrace at the end of the living room, a dining area and an outdoor lounge area. Another terrace is protected by the vegetation side kitchen. The pool enjoys sun exposure all day long with plenty of space for sunbathing. The bay windows are open and fully open to the outside.
Access to scrubland for walks or mountain biking is immediate. You will have the feeling of being in the countryside, with the advantages of the village and the nearby city. Nรฎmes and its historical sites are reachable in 10 minutes of car, count 40 minutes for Montpellier and the beach.
