Steam room! Hottub! Cold plunge pool! House located across the street from Seattle's Famous Seward Park Loop. Go for a walk or run along the lake. Visit the park and picnic or spend the day in the sun. House has a hottub (this hottub does not have jets, but lets you look up at the stars each night in a secluded oasis). The pool is a cold plunge, great for fans of ice baths and heat therapy.
This is a shared property so there is a small dwelling in the old carport (ADU). The ADU has two occupants, one is my dad and the other is our adopted groundskeeper Don. He does not speak English. They will mostly be out of your way unless the pools or front yard need attending to. The entire front space is for their use but they should not bother the home or back section of the property.
There is also a dog that roams the property (labradoodle). His name is Charlie and he is 10 years old. He will say hi, but is a gentle sweet dog. He does roam though. All new beds, new kitchen supplies and remodel. Steam room in the master bath off one of the downstairs steam rooms. Perfect place for a retreat, family gathering or vacation.
