Please understand we are only able to offer this home to you by being considerate and responsible neighbors. Minimum age to book is 30. If you are unsure about whether our home is a good fit for your needs, the time to discuss is before booking/arrival. We are open to reasonable accommodations as we want you to enjoy the home as your own, however our #1 priority is to make sure we're being good neighbors. Guests have full and private access to all parts of the townhome as seen in the photos.
The garage is shared with the other unit (no other spaces shared in any way). Parking is reserved/assigned to each unit.
The loft game room has windows along the front side for a gorgeous ocean view that also look into the primary bedroom. Electronic curtains can be closed along this entire window for privacy for both sleeping spaces.
There are 2 tandem parking spots provided in the garage for compact to mid-size cars. Only 1 larger car will likely fit, and no extra oversize vehicles. If you need additional or alternative parking, there is overnight parking allowed for 2 cars in the beach lot in front of our house through the city for a cost of $30 each for the duration of your stay. Please let us know in advance if you will need the additional beach parking so we can have the parking passes ready for your arrival.
Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance.
Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup.
