Summary: Had to switch rooms. First room - walls and headboard were filthy with actual dirty handprints, tub was dirty, TV didn't work, shower never got hot water, AC was so extremely loud you couldn't hear each other talk. Second room - bed was like a brick and creaked loudly every time we moved, couldn't get AC unit to stay on for more than 15 seconds at a time, and hallways smelled like funk. Check-in/out was easy. Parking was simple. Overall not what we've ever experienced from a Baymont and was really disappointing. Definitely would not stay here again.
