Positive: Great building with great rooms. Spacious with great facilities. Everything is well considered and super clean. Itโ€™s quiet and the dawn chorus is one of the best I have ever witnessed. The house is in the middle of Kerrytown home to Zingermanโ€™s Deli, Caseyโ€™s Tavern, the Weekend farmers market and Miss Kimโ€™s. Equally itโ€™s only a few more minute from downtown Ann Arbor home to Samโ€™s clothing company for those who like classy classics, Literati book store, excellent coffee at Blom Mead and Cider and exquisite small plates at restaurant Spencer
