Renovated cottage on large fenced block. Upstairs you will find a large queen bedroom. Downstairs is a bathroom 2 toilets with spa bath overlooking a fernery and large walk in shower, as well as an open plan fully contained kitchen with dining and lounge. Full size fridge dishwasher microwave oven and cooktop complete the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer in separate laundry. Large smart tv and free WIFI. Quality furnishings and linen throughout the home ensures you have a wonderful time away and you can even bring your dog! Have a relaxing spa bath and chill by the gas log fire after dinner out at one of the many restaurants in Barwon Heads within a 3 min drive or 15 min walk. Netflix and your streaming services available on smart TV. Your dog will have complete freedom to move around the property with the front fence high as shown on photos. The house is warm and cozy in winter, perfect for a romantic getaway or cool in summer with ceiling fans and air conditioning.
