Summary: This was once a beautiful property, and still is. However, it is in major need of an update, and the non-existent front desk does not make it very inviting to stay. Was difficult to even find our room.. they provide a 'map' with the key in a lockbox, but it is illegible ...the room was very dated, gross carpet and dusty in places. Also not the cleanest bathroom. It is a shame, because this property has a lot of potential. The setting is quite beautiful, surrounded by nature. Lots of plants and the brook is very special. I really hope that someone will be willing to invest into this property soon. Will not return for the time being.
