Welcome to our comfortable apartment, offering 70 m² of space perfectly suited for both relaxation and work. The apartment provides all modern amenities, including a TV, high-speed internet, and a convenient desk.
The apartment is air-conditioned, ensuring comfort all year round. A spacious balcony offers an ideal spot for outdoor relaxation. In the living room, you’ll find a large, comfortable sofa that can be unfolded to create additional sleeping space. The living area flows seamlessly into an open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, creating a spacious and inviting place to spend time together.
The separate bedroom is furnished with two comfortable double beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. There is also a functional walk-in wardrobe for your convenience.
