An ASTONISHING luxury 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom single family home with upgrades throughout has all new furnishings and is located in the private, serene, yet convenient community of the Grande at Canal Pointe. The community is EAST of Route 1, within biking distance to the beach and boardwalk (approximately 1.5 miles), with resort-like living including 2 community pools, 2 clubhouses with fitness equipment and games like shuffleboard, tennis court, basketball and playground.
Enter this beautiful home through a spacious foyer with a pool table and office that leads to the dramatic 2 story great room equipped with a fireplace (winter only), flat screen TV and tons of seating. The luxury kitchen is very open with amazing granite countertops, an island for extra counter space and stainless steel appliances. The dining area off the kitchen has two tables and two barstools that seats a total of 12.
The Master bedroom with a king bed, located on the main floor has a huge walk-in closet, jack and jill vanity, a very large shower that has a built in bench and separate water closet for the toilet.
On the second floor, there are four bedrooms, two with kings and two with queens. The extremely spacious bedroom above the garage also has a twin trundle bed. There is one master, the hall bathroom also connects to a bedroom and is equipped with a jack and jill vanity. Both bathrooms on the second floor have tubs.
Out back, the three seasons screened in porch and paver patio are great places to gather or relax over a book in the summer breeze.
Wifi is included. Pillows and mattress pads are provided for all beds. Bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels or arrange for linen rental at additional cost. Pending the CDC recommedations for rental homes, comforters may or may not be provided.
