The house furniture is professionally designed to bring cheer, warm welcome, and comfort. A short drive to the beaches with a lot of activities. A short drive to Palos Verdes with amazing views and hiking trails. The house has a huge backyard for entertainment and relaxing enjoying outdoor.

- Please note this is a family neighborhood so please do not disturb or cause trouble with neighbors
- This house is actually in Torrance and is close to the beach.
- Please be careful not to move the basketball to other place. Basketball may fall to neighbor houses.
- The house is very close to the ocean so there is always ocean breeze, we do have mobile AC in case it gets too hot.
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.
