Summary: Clean room, hot water, comfortable beds, good size refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. Staff friendly. Large green areas with shade to walk dog. No litter or other dog waste. Quiet location. Significantly less expensive than the other nearby hotels. Those hotels were obnoxiously priced. I have stayed at their brands before, not worth that price.
