There are lovely villages in all directions that are close by. There are country pubs in Lofthouse, Middlesmoor, Wath and Pateley Bridge and a little further a field you have the fantastic spa town of Harrogate, Masham, Skipton, Leeds and York
The entrance to Reservoir View Holiday Cottages has clear signage elevated near the wrought Iron gates just before the village of Ramsgill. There is a cobbled driveway which has ample off street parking for many vehicles.
Swallow barn has a wrap around patio/terrace area with great views all around. Reservoir View Holiday cottages includes 3 properties all on one site, so the space and privacy is vast. The properties are situated in an "Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty" and so you are surrounded by gorgeous landscapes, views and wildlife to enjoy. We are situated on the famous Nidderdale Way walking trail and there is an abundance of lovely walking, cycling and motorbike routes to explore. A vehicle will be required to get to the property. Public transport is available in the nearby town and taxi companies are available, but infrequent so having your own vehicle will be desirable for exploring the lovely countryside.
