Our house is situated in a peaceful residential area of Trouville-sur-mer (Aguessau) which is a pleasant stroll away from the lively rue des Bains and the historical brasseries (15min), the beach (20min) and the train station (10min).
The house includes 2 floors above basement level. In the basement there is a utility room which includes a washing machine and garden equipement (an electrical BBQ, a table, a parasol, chairs and a couple of long chairs). On โgroundโ level, there is a fully-equiped kitchen, a living room and a restroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a shower room. One bedroom includes a doublebed and the other two single beds.
The garden is not overlooked and includes a lawn and a wooden deck.
Please note that children of all ages are welcome but due to several indoor and outdoor stairs we have preferred to indicate that our house is currently not safe for children under the age of 2 years old. Should you wish to come with a child under two we have the necessary baby equipement (bed & bath) available.
