There are two comfortable double fitted en-suite bedrooms with Wi-Fi & Smart TV’s and a large south facing lounge with a separate fully fitted kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is complete with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine & all associated utensils and both the lounge and kitchen have garden views.
Apartment 8 also provides a parking space in the undercover oak carport within the grounds of Barton Manor and there is also an overnight slow charge facility for electric cars.
A security deposit of £300 is requested by the owner two weeks prior to your stay at Barton Manor. This deposit is fully refundable on the date of your departure subject to no damage or breakages.
