In the heart of a wine-growing village, 10 kilometers from Auxerre and not far from the banks of the Yonne, stay in this splendid 15th-century house, carefully renovated by local craftsmen.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and living area (no television). Separate toilet. Washing machine and dryer.
The first floor is accessed via a spiral staircase. The mezzanine, equipped with a sofa bed, leads to a private bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a second separate toilet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the second floor, there is a magnificent 20m² attic bedroom (two 90x200cm twin beds). Adjoining shower room.
