A large holiday home with a great view of the sea. Beautiful nature and fjord. The house is a detached house of 160 mยฒ located on the hill up from Nesvik pier with a panoramic view of the fjord. The house is a farmhouse located in the courtyard and has a garden with fruit trees and great view of the fjord. The house was built in the 60s and maintains the style of the time. Two living rooms. A spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The house has 6 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. Two bathrooms with shower, one on each floor. The house has scenic surroundings and only a short walk to Nesvik ferry pier with marina and beach. If you want to hike in the varied nature in Nesvik and the surrounding area, there are several great nature trails. From the house you can drive, walk or cycle along Fv656, a quiet country road towards Knutsvik with several scenic spots along the fjord. Hike along paths in the terrain to places with great views or take excursions by car into Indre Ryfylkeveg, Rv13 to Erfjord and Suldal, or take the bridge over Sandsfjorden to Haugesund/Karmรธy. The house is located between Preikestolen & Trolltunga, and in the summer, you can take a bus that runs daily between these famous attractions. The distinctive landscape of Jรฆren with its long beaches that attracts kiters and surfers is not far away. If you are interested in history, we recommend a trip to Utstein Monestary. In addition, Ryfylke, the mainland and the islands have lots of exciting history with viking graves and some of Norway's oldest churches. Boat for rent: 1x17 foot boat type Buster with 50HP engine, with electric start, electric tilt and electric bilge pump. The boat needs to be ordered at the same time as the holiday house. Possible to rent another boat (14 foot boat with 20 HP engine, with electric start, electric tilt, electric bilge pump), if needed, but this needs to be clarified upon arrival or shortly before arrival.
