The modern kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. There's granite countertops, lots of space, and everything you need to prep and serve a fantastic meal - or to just pop open those take-out containers! Enjoy your food around the formal dining table with space for 6, or at the kitchen island bar, which has additional seating for 4. You'll love the high ceilings in the spacious open-concept living room. The large capacity modular sofa stretches around a large cable television and gas fireplace, and there's plenty of seating for everyone.
Just off the living room you'll find sliding glass doors that lead out onto the covered area of the patio. This space features an outdoor fireplace with comfy plush seating and a ping-pong table. Plus you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to the Webber outdoor propane grill. Beyond the overhang you'll see the fabulous heated 53 foot outdoor swimming pool and spill-over Jacuzzi hot tub. Soak up the Texas sunshine from one of the lounge chair recliners and enjoy a refreshing dip to cool off in the pool. After sundown, you'll love gathering the crew around the outdoor firepit area. It's got all the camping vibes without having to sleep on the ground!
Back inside, enjoy a workout in the private gym! The ground level bathroom has a steam shower as well as normal shower features, perfect for after a work out.
The amenities continue upstairs where you'll find a games room, complete with a billiards and poker table. Stocked full of board games, cards, and plenty of books to read, you'll no doubt have endless entertainment options in here. But wait until you see the rooftop! The huge walk-out roof top features stunning downtown views, and a furnished covered outdoor movie theatre with a projector screen! You'll love the turf lawn and swinging in the hammock chair! There's also additional suntanning space with sun recliners, and lawn games including cornhole, bocce ball and darts.
The primary bedroom has a King sized bed and automated blinds and shades, plus a sparkling ensuite bathroom, and private patio with a hammock. The spa-like bathroom, features LED mirrors, an oversized tub, a beautiful shower with 5 faucets, and high-end heated toilet with bidet. And if you absolutely must get some work done during your stay, we still have you covered. There's an automatic standing or seated executive desk with enormous widescreen monitor, and high speed internet connection.
The ground level Media & Entertainment Room features hybrid (wine/beer) cooler, Sonos + Klipsch in-wall and soundbar speaker system, 65" TV, a wet bar, and a pull-down Queen Murphy bed. The other 2 King bedrooms are located upstairs, along with the primary King suite.

You'll have complete access to the full home. There are up to 4 available parking spots in the driveway, and free street parking if needed.
The house is minutes away from the heart of Lowest Greenville, or take a 5-10 min drive and reach anywhere else in Uptown & Downtown! Lowest Greenville features live comedy, restaurants, bars, coffee, grocery stores, and more!
There's space for up to 4 cars in the driveway. It's a 2 minute walk to heart of Lowest Greenville (one of the very closest residences) and plenty of Uber availability for the rest of Uptown.
1. This is my personal home and will live close by when renting out. Prior to releasing the check-in information, we will need to have a quick chat with you over the phone to discuss a few house rules.
2. In addition to keeping our home in great shape, we ask all guests to sign a Guest Agreement Waiver Form to understand all house rules and complete a Security Deposit of $2000. This will be facilitated securely through Airbnb and refunded after departure.
3. Pool and hot tub heating are an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $75 per night (when outside temperature is above 70 degrees) or $150 per night (when outside temperature is below 70 degrees) for pool heating. Pool heating is available with a minimum 2 nights stay. Hot tub heating is an additional fee of $25 per night.
4.Propane tank rental is NOT provided, guests will need to source their own.
