On the ground floor, you will be welcomed into the dining room which offers ample space should you wish to relax with a book or play board games with friends and family. Youโll also find a well-equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances you need to whip up some delicious meals during your stay. On the lower ground floor is the spacious sitting room with Smart TV and ample comfortable seating. A piano is available for guests with a musical interest, as well as a single sofa bed which can also be used as a nice place to relax. The lower ground floor also has a shower room and is entrance to the rear garden with a small outdoor space to enjoy the views. The first floor has three beautifully decorated bedrooms, two with single beds and the other a double bed. The family bathroom is also located on this floor.

The famous Kinder Scout, the highest point in the Peak District, is within easy reach. The Sett Valley Trail, a former railway line, is perfect for cycling or walking and offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. There is stunning artwork from local artists in each room of the house - pick a picture each day and follow its route!
