- The whole house is for guests to use except the garage will remain locked and, the small closets in the hallways are for inventory only.
- There are 2 parking spaces in the front of the house (please do not park on the neighbor's side or the mailbox) and on the driveway on the back can fit 2 cars then walk to the front.
- For security purposes of the guests and to prevent parties, breaking, etc all cameras are always on (NO camera inside). A few surveillance cameras around the house facing the sides of the house, front yard, deck, pool, and spa. Ring cameras are in the front door, driveway, and deck.
