Maximum of 6 Guests but Comfy at 4!
Our two-bedroom space can comfortably accommodate four guests. While we allow up to a maximum of 6 as we have a bed-convertible sofa that could accommodate two extra guests with corresponding extra charges, it is ideal to limit guests to 4 for everybody’s comfort.

Open-Plan Space in the Living/ Dining Area and Kitchen
Living Room : This is equipped with a comfy L-type sofa, a smart TV with ready access to Netflix, TouTube, Amazon Prime and Disney+. A portable mini-karaoke with wireless dual mike is also available for light videoke sessions, provided house rules on quiet hours are observed.
Dining Area: This has a 4-seater round table. The bar kitchen table with 2 bar stools can also be used for dining, as a small ‘buffet’ table, and as a coffee bar. Complimentary coffee with creamer and sugar are provided.
Kitchen: This small modern kitchen is equipped with a 2-door refrigerator, a microwave oven, induction cooker, a gas range with oven, electric kettle, basic cooking pots and cooking utensils, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, cups, bottle, can and wine openers. As much as possible, light cooking only using the induction cooker.
Bedrooms : Our apartment has two air-conditioned bedrooms. Room 1 has a window-type aircon, a queen-size bed, 4 pillows, a comfy white duvet, a fitted sheet, and ‘adorned’ with two towels and a bed runner with matching throw pillows. Adjacent to the balcony, this bigger room has a large window that offers a nice view of the city. The window has two-layered curtains for privacy, light control and aesthetics. It also has a working table and an ample closet space. Room 2, the smaller bedroom has a double-deck bed with premium bed linens, and each provided with a pillow, a blanket, and a bath towel. It has a package-type aircon, a closet space, a floor mirror, and a window with blinds. An electric iron and ironing board are also kept at the small bedroom.
Bathroom/Comfort Room: The bathroom has hot and cold shower. Hair dryer, towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper are provided. An automatic washing machine with complimentary liquid detergent and fabric conditioner are also provided in the bathroom area. A movable clothes rack for drying is provided at the balcony. Please take note, however, that this should not be visible from the property’s exterior as this is prohibited.
Pets Not Allowed Inside the Apartment: While Lumiere is a pet-friendly place, pets are not allowed inside our apartment.
Guest access: As our authorized guests, you have exclusive access to the entire space of The Penthouse Crib @ Lumiere and its amenities. You can also enjoy the building amenities of Lumiere Residences, including the following:

Swimming Pools: A large-sized lap pool and a smaller kid’s pool This is available from 6am to 9pm, Monday to Wednesday only, excluding holidays. Please make your reservation at the West Tower Lobby Reception, at least an hour prior. This comes with a minimal fee of Php200 per guest to be paid via GCash at North Tower Lobby. Maximum of 5 guests per unit.

A stylish lobby with a reception desk, a coffee shop and concierge services. The reception desks are manned by courteous personnel who are ready to assist you. Feel free to ask them should you have inquiries during your stay.
Parking Area/Pay Parking: Our unit does not have its own parking area. While there is a pay parking is available at the lower basement levels on a first-come-first serve basis.
Elevator Access: Use Elevator Nos. 4, 5 & 6, for access to the penthouse level which is after the 37th floor.
A convenience store at Basement which opens from 7am to 11 pm.
